However, as a political organization, we do collect information about your political interests and activities as they relate to Democratic Party involvement.

8.1 Retention Periods
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including:

Donation Records: Retained permanently as required by federal campaign finance laws and for tax purposes

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
10.1 Age Requirements
MOYD membership and services are intended for individuals who meet our age requirements:
Missouri Young Democrats: Ages 14-35
High School Democrats of Missouri: High school students (typically ages 14-18)
College Democrats of Missouri: College and university students
10.2 Parental Consent
For members under the age of 18, we may require parental or guardian consent for certain activities. Parents or guardians of minor members may contact us to review, modify, or delete their child's information.
10.3 Children Under 13
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
